Refund and Returns Policy

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of products or do exchanges of products.

If your order was damaged in transit, or if you’ve received the wrong Steve and Andy’s order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at andy@steveandandys.com and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at www.steveandandys.com.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Steve and Andy’s®, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the box, so that we can trace the specific box of Steve and Andy’s® you have received.  Inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.

We know you’ll love Steve and Andy’s® as much as we do, so we suggest ordering our variety pack first so you can discover your favorite cookie. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just email andy@steveandandys.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund (including shipping, if applicable). When you do email us please provide your proof of purchase email/invoice details. We can only offer refunds for your FIRST TRY/PURCHASE.

This guarantee only applies to one (1) unit purchases and our refunds are limited to one box per person.
