COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

We are happy to ship your Steve and Andy’s® order to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States.
PLEASE NOTE: at this time, we do not ship to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii. we also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Steve and Andy’s® orders are shipped with FedEx Ground/Home Delivery service.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. orders placed Monday through Friday morning typically ship within 24 hours. orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday night will ship on Monday.
A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox the evening of the day your order leaves the fulfillment center. This email will contain your FedEx Ground/Home Delivery tracking number. (please check your email spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.)
Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
PLEASE NOTE: once processed, allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive at your door.
WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?
You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.
If you did not receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?
Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact our customer service team by emailing email@example.com.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Oh no! If you placed an ordering shipping to the US more than 10 days ago, please contact customer support via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
