Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPOs, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (before noon) typically ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
  • Please allow 3–6 business days for delivery after your order ships.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
  • That email will include your FedEx tracking number.
  • Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to appear in FedEx’s system.

 

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • If it’s still missing, email us at andy@steveandandys.com.
  • We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

 

Tracking Link Not Working?

Tracking links may say “Unavailable” for up to 2 business days after your order ships. If it’s been longer than that, feel free to contact customer service.
