Ingredients:
- 1 box of Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 3-4 ripe peaches
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping (or both!)
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries or banana
- Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:
- Start by layering your base of Oatmeal Raisin cookies
- Add a layer of ice cream or whipped topping
- Layer fresh sliced peaches–or roast them in a pan–your choice!
- Repeat: cookie → cream → peaches. Stack tall, as high as you like.
- Top it off with a final cookie, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a drizzle of olive oil
- Dig in and enjoy!
