It’s finally peppermint season!! And we’ve got the easiest most redonkulous dessert for you to try. It honestly couldn’t be easier, so save it for a weeknight treat while you watch your queue of favorite holiday movies, or bring this bad boy to a party for a treat that’ll impress! All you’ll need are Steve & Andy’s cookies, some chocolate, and peppermint candies—we went with candy canes.

- Melt your chocolate! We microwaved milk chocolate wafers at 30-second intervals.
- Spread melted chocolate onto wax or parchment paper in a rectangular shape, this is the base of your bark.
- Open your cookies and arrange them onto the still-melty chocolate as desired.
- Pour the second layer of melted chocolate over your cookies.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy cane pieces onto the chocolate bark to your heart’s desire!
- Let the chocolate set and then bite off a bite of chocolate chip pepperminty goodness! But don’t forget to snap a pic before you eat it all up, and share it with us at @steveandandys 😀
