Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie Pudding

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie Pudding

If loving all things banana is wrong, we don’t want to be right! That’s how our Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie was born, and it only seems natural to use them in a supercharged version of a classic banana pudding. No-bake, all bananas, with some chocolate chips tossed in because life is short and we’re here to party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Bananas (a bunch should work)

  • Whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • Milk (2 cups)

  • Vanilla instant pudding mix

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding the milk and vanilla pudding mix to a large bowl and preparing according to the package directions.

  2. Once your pudding thickens, then spoon in half the whipped topping.

  3. Layer the bottom of your serving dish with Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies.

  4. Cover this beautiful cookie base with a layer of fresh banana slices.

  5. Next, smooth a layer of pudding on top of the banana slices, and now you’re in business.

  6. Repeat this layering pattern–cookies, bananas, pudding—until your heart's desire, or about 2-3 layers.

  7. Finish your pudding with a layer of banana slices and a sprinkle of Steve & Andy cookie crumbs for the perfect showstopping bite!
