Double Dark Chocolate Minty Cookie Shake

Everyone loves a good minty milkshake, and lucky us, because we’re in the business of making healthier versions of beloved treats. That’s why we whipped up this tasty little number in time for St. Patrick’s Day, swapping some of the more sinister ingredients with lighter options that taste just as pot-of-gold delicious. Plus, it’s packed with chunks of our outrageously-good Double Dark Chocolate Cookies. Need we say more?

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Double Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¼ tspn peppermint extract

  • Handful of spinach

  • ½ a cup of milk (your preference) or frozen milk ‘cubes’

  • 3 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt

  • Maraschino cherry (optional)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. To a blender add 2 Double Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies, the spinach, frozen banana, yogurt, peppermint extract, and milk. 

  2. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency

  3. Crumble in a few more cookies and stir. If you’re feeling extra fancy, rim your glass with additional crushed cookies. Yum alert!

  4. Pour your milkshake into a glass, top with a whipped topping, more soft cookie chunks, and of course, a cherry.

  5. Kick back and enjoy what’s sure to be your new favorite milkshake!
